We hope you love your new Nomad Equestrian products just as much as we loved creating them for you. We understand however, that sometimes things don’t go to plan. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be paid back via the purchaser's original payment method. Refunds may take between 5 - 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.
OUR PERFORMANCE PROMISE
Every Nomad Equestrian garment is performance tested by our team and fit tested for real life feedback. As our Customer there are certain guarantees that are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that our Equestrian wear is of acceptable quality. If an item is faulty or not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a credit, replacement, or refund. If you believe there is a fault with the item you have received, please email us at hello@nomadequestrian.com.au with images of your product and proof of purchase. Any returned faulty items that have been worn must be washed prior to return please.
We recommend that you return your items using a trackable postage method. Nomad Equestrian will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow two weeks for your parcel to be returned to us. Once we receive your return parcel back to our Warehouse, your request will be processed within 5 days where you will be sent an email confirmation. Please note that the cost to return items to our Online store is at the customers expense.
